Graduation Projects
2021 - 2022
In 2021, I started my first graduation project for AquaZoo Leeuwarden. I was tasked to design an educational app for children to learn more about the Waddenzee and the influence they have on the environment.
I sadly did not pass this project, so in 2022, I started my second graduation project for EnTranCe. Here, I was tasked to design a website for vacation homeowners on Ameland to find out more about their options to make their house sustainable.
Internship
feb. 2020 - jun. 2020
In 2020 I did an internship at the Online Marketing team from Schutrups Exloo. My tasks included delivering promotion material, such as flyers and posters, helping with editing video material for the socials and maintaining the webshop.
Whilst I didn't really have a professional to teach me things in the company, I learnt a lot of new skills and competencies from trying out different techniques and programs.
Erasmus exchange
sept. 2019 - jan. 2020
In 2019 I went to Artesis Plantijn in Antwerp to follow the minor Graphic and Digital Media. This whole minor was in English and I learnt a lot of new things. It was a lot of fun, getting to know new people from different parts of the world and learning about their perspectives.
The subjects that I followed were Design & typography, Graphic Design, Publishing, Advanced photo editing, Advanced video capturing & editing and Advanced illustration techniques.
Antigone play
2017 - 2018
In 2017 and 2018, I was part of the drama committee of study association Boreas, from Greek and Latin Language and Culture. We performed the Greek tragic 'Antigone'. Part of my duties was designing the promotion material and other visual aspects. I also helped with the making of the decor for the play and giving my opinions for the grime and costumes.
I love theater and this was such a fun thing to work on.
